These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any purchase of products from the Site (each, an “Order”).

• All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• After you place an Order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your Order (“Order Confirmation”). This email does not mean your Order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

4. Product Information

• We attempt to describe products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photos, pricing, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise noted.

• We accept payment via the methods displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your Order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs and delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Unless otherwise stated, all sales of Products are final.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

• At our discretion, we may issue a refund, replacement.

8. Intellectual Property
