What is Careerosity®?

Who is selling and fulfilling Careerosity®?

Careerosity® orders placed through this site are processed and fulfilled by Italic Press Inc., a Canadian printing and manufacturing company. Italic Press is responsible for order processing, payment, and shipping.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada.
If you are interested in international or bulk shipments outside Canada, please contact us before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery times are:

• Atlantic Canada: 3–5 business days

• Quebec & Ontario: 3–6 business days

• Western Canada: 5–8 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
A separate Shipping Confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your Careerosity® game arrives damaged in transit, please email support@italicpress.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
